Room Reservations

A block of rooms is being held at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Olmsted Village (near Pinehurst) for the federal per diem rate ($110/night) from for April 27-30th.  Please use the following link to book your room by March 27, 2026: Book your group rate for the SERPPAS Principals Meeting

After March 27th, the rooms will be released so be sure to make your reservation prior to that date. You can also call the hotel directly at 910-255-0300 and reference SERPPAS Principals Meeting to book within the room block.

**The hotel has a shuttle to the Pinehurst Resort that runs from 7am-10pm.  It is available to hotel guests upon request.

Principal Attendance Tracking

Please use the following spreadsheet to confirm the Principal who is attending the meeting for your agency. All Principals will be expected to make their own hotel reservations and register for the meeting; this spreadsheet is to help us track specific Principal attendance.  Please complete this form by April 10^th.

Meeting Schedule

The dress code for the Monday welcome reception is casual. The dress code for the Tuesday evening dinner event is Business Casual. The dress code for the Wednesday business meeting is Business Professional (or equivalent military attire). 

The dress code for the Tuesday mobile meeting is field tour appropriate. Attire should include shoes appropriate for walking across multiple surfaces (e.g., bus steps, uneven outdoor terrain, etc.).  Please bring any items you may need for an outdoor hike (e.g. hat, sunscreen, bug spray, water bottle, etc.).  If you have any accessibility concerns, please indicate those on the registration form or contact Hannah Sodolak (hannah.sodolak@ag.tamu.edu).

• Mobile Meeting following Business Meeting. Transportation (by bus) is provided. 

Tuesday, April 28th, 6:00pm – 8:30pm  

• SERPPAS Dinner at the Pine Crest Inn (50 Dogwood Rd., Pinehurst, NC 28374)

Wednesday, April 29th, 8:00am – 1:00pm

Meeting Registration and Payment

Registration is required by April 10, 2026. The registration charge will show up as “Booz Allen Hamilton” on your credit card statement. Please do not report this charge as fraud.

You should receive a confirmation email after completing the registration process. If you need to change your reservation, there is a confirmation number and link in that confirmation email that will allow you to modify your registration. Please contact Collin Harrell (Harrell_Collin@bah.com) if you need further assistance with your registration. Refunds will be processed for anyone who cancels prior to the registration deadline of April 10^th. After that deadline, refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis.  

You will have two options for registration: 1) an all-inclusive fee that covers the meeting registration fee and includes all meals, or 2) a required standard meeting registration fee that allows you to select specific meals and attend individual events. You will be provided with food and beverages based on your registration choices and payment. If you did not opt-in to the food and beverage during the meeting days, you are expected to provide your own food and beverage.

OPTION 1: All-Inclusive Meeting Registration Fee 
Please select this option if you would like to pay one meeting registration fee that includes all meals associated with the meeting.

OPTION 2: Meeting Registration Fee and a la Carte Food & Beverage Selection
Please select this option to pay a meeting registration fee and have the option to select individual meals.  Please note that if you do not opt-in to a meal, you will not be provided one.
**REQUIRED: Meeting Registration Fee: $100

For those that opt-in, there will be heavy hors d’oeuvres provided. A cash bar will be available to all attendees.
     - Registration options: Attend & Opt-in $28; Attend & Opt-Out $0 (food on own); Not attending

Tuesday, April 28^th – Lunch and Refreshments on Day 1 during Meeting
Location: Cardinal Ballroom, Pinehurst Resort
Please select this option if you would like to participate in the lunch and refreshment option provided for the first day of the meeting. If you do not opt-in, you will not be provided with lunch. For those staying at the Homewood Suites, a complimentary hot breakfast is included in your stay.  We will not be offering a breakfast option at the meeting venue.
     - Registration options: Attend & Opt-in $24; Attend & Opt-Out $0 (food on own); Not attending 

Tuesday, April 28^th – SERPPAS Dinner
Location: Pine Crest Inn
For those that opt-in, there will be a cash bar and dinner served, and the dress code is business casual. If you do not opt-in, we assume you are not attending.
     - Registration options: Attend & Opt-in $28; Not attending
