A block of rooms is being held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Durham Research Triangle on the nights of Wednesday, April 23rd, and Thursday, April 24th.  Please use the following link to book your room by Tuesday, March 25, 2025.  After March 25th, the rooms will be released so be sure to make your reservation prior to that date.

There are two lodging rate options, one at a negotiated reduced rate ($189/night) and one at the federal per diem rate ($131/night).  We are limited in the number of per diem reservations allowed, so please only reserve a room at the federal per diem lodging rate if your agency requires lodging to be at per diem.

Meeting Schedule and Dress Code

The dress code for the Wednesday welcome reception is casual. The dress code for the Thursday business meeting, Thursday, evening dinner event, and Friday business meeting is Business Professional (or equivalent military attire). 

The tour of Dix Park on Thursday is short with limited physical activity required, though there will be walking across multiple surfaces (e.g., bus steps, uneven outdoor terrain, etc.).  Additionally, the cocktail hour will be at the Dix Park Stone Houses, which is across a slight uphill parking lot from the Dix Park All Faiths Chapel where we will have dinner.  If you have any accessibility concerns, please indicate those on the registration form or contact Hannah Sodolak (hannah.sodolak@ag.tamu.edu).

The meeting schedule is as follows:

Wednesday, April 23rd, 5:00pm – 6:30pm
     - Welcome Reception in the Atrium of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Durham Research Triangle

Thursday, April 24th, 8:00am – 8:30pm
     - For those staying at the Embassy Suites, a complimentary hot breakfast is included with your stay.  We will not be offering a breakfast option to non-hotel guest attendees.
     - The SERPPAS Principals Meeting officially begins in the Triangle Ballroom.  Lunch will be in the Atrium of the hotel for those who opt in.
     - A tour of Dix Park near downtown Raleigh will follow the business meeting in the afternoon (transportation provided).
     - The SERPPAS Dinner, including a cocktail hour, will be held at Dix Park immediately following the tour.
     - Transportation (by bus) is provided to/from the hotel to Dix Park for all attendees.

Thursday, April 25th, 8:00am – 1:00pm
     - For those staying at the Embassy Suites, a complimentary hot breakfast is included with your stay.  We will not be offering a breakfast option to non-hotel guest attendees.
     - The SERPPAS Principals Meeting continues in the Triangle Ballroom. 
     - Lunch will be in the Atrium of the hotel for those who opt in.


Meeting Registration and Payment

Registration is required by April 9, 2025. The registration charge will show up as “Booz Allen Hamilton” on your credit card statement. Please do not report this charge as fraud.

YYou should receive a confirmation email after completing the registration process. If you need to change your reservation, there is a confirmation number and link in that confirmation email that will allow you to modify your registration. Please contact Collin Harrell (Harrell_Collin@bah.com) if you need further assistance with your registration. Refunds will be processed for anyone who cancels prior to the registration deadline of April 9th. After that deadline, refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis.  

You will have two options at registration: 1) paying a meeting registration fee which includes all meals, or 2) opting in for specific meals and attendance at each event. You will be provided with food and beverage based on your registration choices and payment. If you did not opt-in to the food and beverage during the meeting days, you are expected to provide your own food and beverage.

Note for Federal Government Employees: The food and beverage fee cannot be claimed as a registration or conference attendance fee when you file your travel voucher. Your food and beverage expenses, whether you choose to pay the food and beverage fee or obtain your meals, snacks, and beverages on your own, are intended to be covered by your per diem allowance. You may need to use your personal credit card to complete payment for food and beverage choices.

Complimentary breakfast is available for hotel guests in the atrium; it will not be offered for non-hotel guest attendees.
